Kevin Shiero began his profession in the HVAC industry at 18 years old and has been serving the town of Bradenton and the surrounding area since moving there in 1980. After tying the knot with his wife, Susan, in 1987, they welcomed 3 children – Kristen, Joshua & Timothy – into their lives. They went on to launch Accurate Heating & Cooling on April 1st, 1998; an impressive milestone for the family that’s stayed strong ever since.
Joshua Shiero is a born and raised Bradenton resident with a background in the automotive industry. In 2007, he paved a new path when he began working with Kevin and Susan at Accurate. Only five years later, his hard work and dedication helped him attain his Class A license. Joshua and his wife, Jessica, got married the following year (2013), and have since had a child – beginning a family of their own.
For over 35 years, Norbert has been a reliable expert in the HVAC industry. He and Kevin have worked countless projects together since 2011 when he came aboard with Accurate. When not on the job site, you can find him spending quality time with his wife, Julie, and their three kids.
With extensive experience stemming from his entrance into the HVAC industry in 2015, Chris has become proficient on new construction projects, residential repair and installation, as well as commercial refrigeration. His expertise makes him a perfect partner on any Accurate jobsite.
